How to Book with PlayerCoach
We use the PlayerCoach platform for court and lesson bookings. Follow these four steps to set up your account, connect to Nosara Pickleball and reserve your court.
Do it once, and booking future courts takes less than a minute. 🏓
Important: Every person who plays at Nosara Pickleball should have their own PlayerCoach account (one account per player).
What do you want to book?
Once your PlayerCoach account is ready, you can use it for three main things: hourly courts, memberships and special events.
Book a Court by the Hour
For visitors, families and friends who want guaranteed court time at a specific hour.
- Choose your court and duration (minimum booking window applies).
- Select the date and time that works best for your group.
- Confirm and receive your booking details inside PlayerCoach.
Use Your Membership
Memberships are managed through PlayerCoach, so you can book using your included benefits.
- Make sure your membership is active in PlayerCoach.
- Book courts directly from the club view – your member perks apply automatically.
- Check the membership section for what’s included with your plan.
Join Events, Socials & Clinics
Most events are booked through PlayerCoach so we can balance skill levels and courts.
- Go to the Events page on our website to see what’s coming.
- Use the event’s booking link or instructions to reserve your spot.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and warm-up.
The 4 steps to book with PlayerCoach
These are the same steps we show on the homepage “How to Book” section, expanded with a little extra detail so nothing is confusing the first time you do it.
Create your PlayerCoach account
Head to playercoach.pro/club/nosarapickleball and follow the registration wizard. When asked, choose the ATHLETE persona – this is the profile type used for players who book courts and join events.
Connect to Nosara Pickleball
Once you’re logged in on playercoach.pro, open the left menu and go to My Clubs → Nosara Pickleball. If you don’t see it right away, click the club link again (from our website or from PlayerCoach search) and then click Connect.
Open the Court Booking tab
Inside the Nosara Pickleball club view, look for the Court Booking tab and select it. You’ll see a calendar-style view that lets you move between days and check which time slots are available.
Select your time & confirm your booking
On desktop, click, hold and drag to highlight your desired time slot (minimum is usually 30 minutes). On mobile, press, hold and slide. A confirmation window will pop up with the details of your booking.

What to bring to your booking
- Comfortable sports clothes and court-friendly shoes (no metal spikes).
- Refillable water bottle – the Nosara heat is real.
- Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen for day sessions.
- Paddle and balls if you have them (we have gear on site if needed).

Payments, changes & cancellations
- Payment is required inside PlayerCoach to confirm your booking.
- If you need to change time or date, contact us as soon as possible.
- In case of heavy rain or unsafe courts, we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible.
